We can provide a store/online credit, an exchange for another product or a full refund.
Returns Must Happen Within 15 Days of Purchase
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 15 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. We will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below within the 15 days of purchase. Exceptions are stated below. Deity New York may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.
To return your product, kindly send an email to us at [email protected] You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions For A Return
To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase and the original manufacturer packaging. Refunds will be made in the same payment method unless you select to exchange the item or get a store/online credit in the amount of the refund. When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, if any, and you will receive your refund in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Change of Mind?
If you have received your order and are unhappy with the purchase, you can notify us within 15 days of delivery. Deity New York will provide you with a store credit for any unopened products after the goods are returned back to us. The store/online credit will be for the purchased price, less the return delivery charge. Risk of loss or damage to the goods will not be assumed by Deity New York.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing any packaging.
Any item that is returned after 15 days from purchase.
Products that have been personalized or customized.
Once your return is received and inspected, Deity New York will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item(s) meet the conditions for a return, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
